I’m Courtney, a Feminine Embodiment Coach. Fully led by the power of my heart, womb and yoni. My mission here is to reconnect women to their beautiful bodies, to awaken the sacred energy of their pelvic bowl and guide them into their highest vibration.
I support women through alchemising their traumas and pain into pure feminine magic. In the collective I am really feeling the rise of feminine energy, women are ready to reclaim their power, heal their mind, bodies and souls and magnetise all that they deeply desire.
I’ve been on a soul led journey for the past six years, after experiencing and overcoming intense traumas, I was called to the path of deep, spiritual healing. I spent my whole life feeling numb, disconnected and ashamed of my physical form. Unable to understand the language of my body, listen to my intuition and be present to my life.
After undergoing a radial awakening, I now feel so deeply connected to myself, my pleasure, my desires and my purpose. I am able to feel so much self love, sensuality and divinity running through my body. This energy has rippled into and transformed every area of my life - it is pure magic.
It became so clear to me that women across the world needed this magic in their lives, this awakening to who they truly are. I now work with women to activate their feminine power - diving into all things periods, trauma, yoni healing, womb magic, cyclical living, holistic nutrition, embodiment, sensuality, sexuality, spirituality and manifestation.
I feel so blessed to be sharing this work, the transformations I see in my clients honestly fill my heart to the brim and set my soul of fire. I am so excited for every woman to experience their authentic power.

We will journey through shadow work, healing your traumas and nervous system, yoni connection, womb healing, root activation, holistic nutrition, menstrual magic, cyclical living, manifestation, sensuality, sexuality, spiritual connection, self love, plus SO much more yummy stuff.
This is a tailored and personalised programme. I work intuitively and energetically, tuning into what your soul desires in every moment. I am here to challenge you, to push you, to hold you accountable, guiding you to the highest, most radial, most pleasure living version of yourself.
